Appointment with a nurse/HCA
To register at the practice of your choice it is also very important that you are seen by our practice nurse/HCA for a new patient health check. Only after that are we able to accept you on the practice list.
Registering with the surgery
Please select the correct branch you would like to register with:
- use the NHS Register with a GP: Druid Group service
- Use the NHS Register with a GP: Hobmoor Road Surgery service
- use the NHS Register with a GP: Belchers Lane Surgery service
- use the NHS Register with a GP: Glebe Farm Road Surgery service
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
Carers register
The practice has a carers register for people who care for a relative/friend. Carers information is available from our reception staff, ask them for more details online by completing the ask reception a question form.
