Enhanced Access at Druid Group Practices

Every Tuesday and Wednesday between 18:30 to 20:00 at Hobmoor Road Surgery and every Friday between 18:30 to 20:00 at EMC surgery.

We are also providing services every Saturday through our PCN Saturday clinic Hub.

During this extended hours, our clinicians provide support for pre-booked appointments. However the surgery telephone is diverted to our out of hours service provider to ensure all patients care is covered. If you would like to know more details about the enhanced access, please speak to reception team.

When We Are Closed

If you require medical treatment when the surgery is closed, please telephone 0121 766 2100 Your call will automatically be diverted to our out of hours service. Out of hours calls will be dealt with by BADGER (Birmingham And District GP Emergency Room) a cooperative of local general practitioners. The practice retains overall 24 hour responsibility for the care of its registered patients.

Out of hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
