Afternoon Closures

When our sites are closed during core hours (8am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays)

Druid Group operates across four sites. When one of our sites is closed in the afternoon, patients can continue to access services as normal from our other sites.

Phone lines are automatically diverted, and our online consultation service remains available during core opening hours.

Online Consultation Access

You can contact the practice throughout our core opening hours (8am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) by telephone, in person, or through our online consultation service.

Any requests submitted online will be reviewed and responded to on the same day to advise you of the next steps.

Enhanced access at Druid Group Practices

Every Tuesday and Wednesday between 6:30pm to 8pm at Hobmoor Road Surgery and every Friday between 6:30pm to 8pm at EMC surgery.

We are also providing services every Saturday through our PCN Saturday clinic Hub.

During this extended hours, our clinicians provide support for pre-booked appointments. However the surgery telephone is diverted to our out of hours service provider to ensure all patients care is covered. If you would like to know more details about the enhanced access, please speak to reception team.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Disability access

We have disability access to the surgeries and our staff will be willing to help a disabled person if needed.
